SECTION 20 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. We never charge restocking fees. Start a return by emailing info@velourastudios.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Tracked shipping is recommended. Exchanges can be arranged on request. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method; your bank may take a little longer to reflect it.
