How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared in 1 to 3 business days, then take 5 to 7 business days in transit — most arrive within 6 to 10 business days total. Orders placed before 4:00 PM GMT start processing the same day. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes — every order ships free within the United Kingdom, no minimum spend required. For now, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.

How long does a refund take?
Once we've received and inspected your return, your refund is processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do?
Tracking can pause for a day or two, which is usually nothing to worry about. If more than 10 business days pass with no delivery, email us at info@velourastudios.com.
